Sales Orders
1000 Flags Limited products are subject to availability and may vary slightly from those advertised, due to the manufacturing processes used. Where we are unable to supply the advertised product we will contact you to provide an alternative or a full refund.

1000 Flags Limited is not obliged to accept your order or offer you credit terms. The contract between 1000 Flags Limited and you will be completed on the dispatch of your goods to you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation policy.

1000 Flags Limited pre-approve sales orders and will require an acceptable method of payment prior to the goods being dispatched to you, unless previously agreed by us.

Under normal working conditions 1000 Flags Limited endeavours to process and dispatch all sales orders within 2 working days from receipt. Where flags are made to order we aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days.

Cancellation Rights

Under The Distance Selling Regulations European customers only have the right to cancel their order within 7 working days. The cancellation period starts the "day after"  receipt of the goods. You are not required  to give a reason for the return of the goods but you must contact us within the cancellation period to arrange a return of your item.  We will refund the total value of your order within 21 days of cancellation. You are required to take good care of the goods and are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please ensure that returned goods are well packed.

Delivery within the UK is FREE for all of our products, except flag poles, where an additional delivery charge will apply to Northern Ireland, Parts of Scotland and any offshore island. In these cases please contact us for a delivery quote.

For delivery outside the UK delivery costs will be displayed before payment is requested. We do not ship flag poles outside of The UK.

Customers have 14 days from the date of the delivery to report any shortages, breakage, miss-deliveries and non-deliveries. 1000 Flags Limited will not be liable for any such claims made after this time.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are not what you ordered or that are damaged or defective, or a different quantity to that stated on your order, please contact us by phone or email and we will be happy to make good your order.  This is providing that you notify 1000 Flags Limited of the problem within 14 days of the delivery date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please be advised that orders sent outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT / GST / Sales Taxes, Admin Charges and other fees and costs, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. 1000 Flags Limited will not accept responsibility for these charges levied by other countries. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. 1000 Flags Limited recommends that customers contact their local customs office for further information.

Overseas customers may find that shopping on our international on line market places at Etsy, Amazon or Ebay provides a simpler buying experience. 

Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities.

1000 Flags Limited offers a satisfaction guarantee policy allowing you to return the goods within 14 days from receipt. Customers returning goods are responsible for return shipping costs. Goods returned within 14 days from receipt as part of our satisfaction guarantee policy must be returned in 'as sold condition'. Goods returned not in 'as sold condition' will affect the total amount refundable. Goods return after 14 days from receipt are not refundable under the satisfaction guarantee policy.

Price and Payments
Our advertised prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery within the UK.

1000 Flags Limited reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without notice.

1000 Flags Limited accepts the following methods of payments paid directly into our nominated bank account, Bankers Draft, Cheque, Postal Order, PayPal, Credit or Debit Card

1000 Flags Limited retains ownership of the goods you purchase until you have paid for all of them in full. 1000 Flags Limited reserves the right to retrieve any unpaid goods that are not paid for in full. This applies to all goods 1000 Flags Limited supply to you and to any money owing in respect of any transaction with you.

VAT Receipts are issued on request.
